COLD!! It makes the puppies do their doo-ty quicker I think. My mom came up with this grand idea last year- u
sing a basket to pack the puppies outside and inside.. I know brilliant right? I always just did it by hand and made alot of trips.. LOL.. Its has been awesome! So, I've noticed that when the puppies are done, they tend to flock to the basket.. Meaning.. "bring us inside" :) So, we are potty training the pups to come to a basket. Pretty funny..
